It is interesting to look at what we tend to do subconsciously...we throw out a lot of things we shouldn't sometimes without even realizing it. The charts were very organized and it made it easy to see and understand your ideas and results.

Jocelyn collected various information about trash. She recorded data about waste vs. recycling; how often she did or didn't do it, percentages of recyclable materials, as well as other interesting little tidbits of information. She is trying to show us how often she recycles and how often she simply throws something away. She concludes with various facts about recycling in America, such as what can be recycled and how many people actually recycle. I think the way she presented her information was very effective; she began by presenting the data she collected and the images of the trash she threw away. She followed that with an evaluation of what she did, the materials that were recycled, and how much she could have recycled. She concluded with the facts about recycling in America, which I think is a very good conclusion because it makes viewers think about their own actions with trash vs. recycling. I think that the presentation of information was the most successful because it is logical, interesting, and thought provoking. Her examination and presentation of her subject for this documentation project makes an important issue very interesting.
